Our students' academic success is directly related to their health and wellbeing. Two units under the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports respond to this need.

Campus clinic

A family physician and nurse are available weekdays 08:30 – 17:30; in emergencies patients are transferred by ambulance to the university hospital's emergency department, 7 minutes away. A night-duty nurse is present for dormitory residents.

  • Groups on exam anxiety, adjustment, relationships and stress management
  • Disability unit: accessible exam conditions, note-taking support, lift and ramp map
  • Crisis line: an emergency support number available 24/7

Health insurance

For students outside the scope of general health insurance a university group policy is available. Sessions are confidential and stored under the KVKK; they are not shared with third parties without written consent.

Quotas of 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% scholarships are defined according to your ÖSYM placement ranking. Quotas vary by programme; details are on the programme pages.

To keep a scholarship you must stay above the GPA lower limit; for full-scholarship students it is 2.50. A disciplinary penalty can also lead to the scholarship being cancelled.
